Downloading your Top Employer Badge is quick and easy.
We recommend adding your badge to your early careers website and any marketing materials to help attract top student talent. Note: Make sure to pair your badge with your student attraction link (found in Step 3 below).

The Top 50 SME Apprenticeship Rankings are now live on Higherin.
To maximise your impact, link your student-facing comms to Higherin to support your attraction campaigns.

These rankings are a powerful tool for attracting top student talent, signaling your clear commitment to delivering exceptional, high-quality apprenticeships.
Our official student-facing launch will take place later this autumn term, perfectly timed for the start of the attraction season and your roles going live.

SHARE YOUR SUCCESSES
This is a massive achievement and one well worth shouting about. Here are a few ways to make the most of it:
Internally: This is a big moment for your employer brand, so make sure the rest of your business knows about it. Share the news across your organisation and let your colleagues celebrate with you.
With students: Looking ahead to the attraction season, think about how you can put your Top Employer status front and centre. Consider featuring it in emails, on social media, and across any print materials on campus or in the office.
With your press and marketing teams: Loop in your press and marketing teams so they can help amplify the news. They may want to draft a press release or find other ways to get it in front of the right audiences.

KEEP YOUR EMPLOYER PROFILE UPDATED
The good news is, your Higherin employer profile has already been updated with your badge.
So your Top Apprenticeship Employer status is live across the platform right now.
It will appear on search results and job listings, giving students an immediate signal that you're ahead of the rest when it comes to work experience.

CELEBRATE WITH US IN PERSON
Please save the date for the Top Apprenticeship Employers celebration event this September.
Thursday 24 September, 12 - 3pm; central London venue. Official invitations will be sent directly to all ranked employers soon.
