Before you begin your entry

We recommend reviewing the questions and gathering the required information before starting your submission.

When completing your entry for Top Apprenticeship Employers 2026, please note the following:

• Apprentice reviews are submitted separately via Higherin.com. You do not need to have the required number of reviews in place before completing this form. However, both your entry form and the minimum number of reviews must be completed by 1st May 2026 at 23:59.

• Review thresholds vary depending on the size of your organisation. You can check how many reviews are required on our How to Enter page.

• Some questions require workforce and apprenticeship data, either as total figures or for the period between 1st April 2025 and 31st March 2026. Ensure you have the relevant data available and reference the correct data type and reporting period for each question.

• Where questions relate to the reporting period above, these sections should be completed after the period has ended. All data submitted should reflect accurate and final figures at the point of submission.

• All information relates to your organisation’s operations in England, where specified.
